Apple says it is aware of an issue that appears to be affecting some users of the Apple TV’s shower system.
The company said it is working to address the issue and said it will update users affected by it when they get the update.
The issue, which appears to affect some Apple TVs, appears to occur after the Apple Watch software has been updated to version 5.1.2.
The update has been downloaded over 5 million times and fixed more than 100 issues.
Apple said the issue is not affecting any Apple TVs.
Apple has not yet fixed the issue for some users, and some users who have had problems installing the update say they have received the update from Apple Support but have not received any new software updates.
Apple said the Apple HomeKit smart home hub and Apple TV will remain unaffected by the issue.
“While this issue is currently not affecting Apple Homekit, we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue,” Apple said in a statement to The Washington POST.
“We’re working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We have zero tolerance for software bugs and will continue to update you on the status of your Apple HomeKeeper and Apple Home Hub.”
The issue appears to have been triggered by a new software update to the Apple iOS app that Apple says has caused the issue with the shower system to occur.
Apple previously had said it had fixed the problem.
